1st measurement is Width, side to side about 1" under the arms; 2nd measurement is Length, from high point of shoulder to bottom. Please select size based on measurements, and not just size! 

Note: as these tops are cut & sewn from unisex tees, they run quite LARGE for women. We suggest you take a similar top that fits you well, lay it flat, measure as below, and compare.
