PAYMENT POLICIES

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

SHIPPING

We ship out of Tampa Bay, Florida via US Postal Service, and your package will always have a USPS tracking number. Once an order is shipped (& you will immediately receive your tracking number sent to the email address you provided), we can not make a cancellation. At that point, the item would have to be returned for an exchange or refund.

**PLEASE NOTE: If USPS tracking states that your package was delivered and you say it wasn't, we will do our best to help you find the package, but we are not responsible for claims that a package did not arrive. You can email us to ask about the price of adding Postal Insurance to your package before you buy. When your order ships you will receive a shipment notification email. To track your package, simply click the "track shipment" link associated with your order.

DOMESTIC:
We ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on your order's weight. Once an item has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the Post Office to deliver. If an item is needed sooner, please order a Shipping Upgrade Option available to purchase as a separate listing, either + $4 for Priority Mail (post office says 2-3 days & NOT guaranteed) or + $18 for Priority Express Mail (post office says 1-2 days depending on how far into the boondocks you live). 

INTERNATIONAL:
Items are shipped USPS First Class International with average estimated delivery of 7-14 business days after your item has shipped. In some cases shipment time can be up to 4+ weeks depending on which country, customs holds for your country, time of year, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We mark all deliveries outside the US as "Merchandise" but are not responsible for any tariff or additional taxes your country may charge. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like to purchase insurance/signature confirmation, please let us know at the time of order so we can relay the cost to you before shipping.
PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SIZE CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE DELIVERING OUTSIDE THE US, AS WE WILL NOT REPLACE A GARMENT DUE TO ORDERING A WRONG SIZE, ONLY IF WE MAKE AN ERROR; INTERNATIONALLY SHIPPING IS JUST TOO COSTLY!

PLEASE NOTE: For both domestic & international shipments, we are not liable for replacements if the post office marks the shipment "Delivered".


EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

EXCHANGES ~ We offer exchanges on most of our products**. Returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received. When exchanging items, please ship back to us via First Class Mail WITH TRACKING (so you have proof you sent it) to the address below and include a copy of the receipt if available, and a note stating:
*ORDER NAME & EMAIL ADDRESS so we can contact you if we have any question
*Order number
•Return address
(if these are on the enclosed receipt, no need to rewrite)
•Item you are exchanging for (the new size, style, design, color)

**Except crewneck & hooded sweatshirts since these cost so much to ship, unless you are willing to pay the postage both ways for an exchange.

If you need the exchange because of an error we made, we will reimburse you for shipping the item back to us; but if there is an error in sizing that could have been avoided by reading the item's measurements in the description and comparing to what you need, then we are not responsible to pay for the return shipping to our shop. 

RETURNS ~ We offer returns on any of our products (except for International shipments). Please contact us first to let us know the problem to see if we can resolve it. The price of the item will be refunded by Paypal once the item is returned in resellable condition.
Please ship your return back to us via First Class Mail WITH TRACKING (so you have proof you sent it), with the receipt included (if available) to the address below and include a note stating (unless part of the receipt):
*ORDER NAME & EMAIL ADDRESS so we can contact you if we have any question
*Order number
•Payment email address
(if these are on the enclosed receipt, no need to rewrite)
•Reason for your return.
